Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Saturday) following order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details are sent instantly via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

Shipping Rates & Thresholds (All India)

  • Orders of ₹599 and above: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under ₹599: Flat ₹95 Standard Shipping fee

  • All applicable delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once handed over to our courier partners, transit times are typically:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

    (Total estimated delivery time from order placement to doorstep: 3–9 business days.)

Order Tracking

Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive an active tracking ID and a link to trace your courier partner status directly online.

Payment Methods & Delivery

We currently process orders through secure online prepaid payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking). 

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If an outer carton arrives visibly tampered with or damaged in transit, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and shipping label. We will investigate promptly and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, our team will contact you to coordinate re-shipment.
